3. User Content and Rights (Copyright, Portrait/Publicity Rights, etc.)
- Users may use the App only if they hold the lawful rights to, or have obtained permission to use, any photos, videos, audio, text, or other materials imported into or converted by the App (collectively, "Content").
- The App does not verify the rights status of user-provided Content, and users are responsible for any disputes arising from the use, posting, or distribution of such Content, including copyright infringement, portrait/publicity rights issues, or defamation.
4. Service Delivery Method (On-Device Processing)
- The App's core functions, including media selection, conversion/editing, and saving, are generally performed on the user's device.
- The operator does not upload photos or videos selected by users to a separate server.
5. In-App Purchases
Any in-app purchases (subscriptions or one-time purchases) offered in the App are processed through Apple's payment system. The operator does not directly collect or store users' payment method information, such as card numbers.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted service, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
- However, damages caused by the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence are governed by applicable law.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following conduct:
- Creating or distributing content that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others
- Interfering with the normal operation of the App, including generating abnormal traffic, exploiting vulnerabilities, or attempting unauthorized access
- Any other conduct the operator reasonably determines to be inappropriate
8. Changes
This Notice may be revised to reflect changes in law, service updates, or operational policies. If any material changes are made, notice will be provided through the published documents.
